NewsDemon is also price-matching this sale (lifetime) as they almost always price-match other providers. Their included VPN via PrivadoVPN is decent as well. They are DMCA regulated, not NTD so may want to consider them as a backup or 2nd source. The service includes unlimited downloads and uncapped speeds, 60 concurrent connections and 4393 days retention. NewsHosting is a solid usenet provider that works on the Omicron-Highwinds backbone. This is a very solid deal and the second lowest pricing I've seen in years for an Omicron-Highwinds provider.
